1st February Measurements
Alright, here is to a grand ol restart towards for the 2nd half of my weight loss journey. Everything journey has a beginning, right? Well as of February 2, 2025 this is my startiing weight:
I am currently 36 years old. My height is 5'2 and my weight is:
Yeah, not a terrible place to be but not exactly ideal for a petite woman. A little over a month ago I was actually at 130 pounds for a hot second which actually put me in the green NORMAL range but due to me eating out a lot with my new boyfriend, I quickly added on the pounds. 10 pounds in a month is a bit alarming but not exactly unexpected. Not only have I not been hydrated as well as I previously have but also stopped exercising 5 days a week and shifted towards a more sedentary lifestyle with a fast food diet and reintroduced a heavy amount of carbs in my diet. So I was definitely not wondering on why I regained some of that back.
Next, I decided to take a picture of my face. This is what I currently look like at 5'2 at 36 years old and being 140 pounds!!!!!
My face has seen better days that is for sure. Due to the aforementioned lack of hydration and massive reintroduction of carbs in my diet was contributed to the bloat in my face and body. I also noticed how my face is a bit...assymmetrical. Why? I have my theories. I often sleep on my right side which just happens to be the flatter side of my face while my left side is obviously bloated. Could also be attributed to me eating on my left side of my mouth. I have a less than ideal dental work. So yeah.
I really don't like my face so my real goal is to debloat my face. Maybe even make it a little more symmetrical. I never liked my under eye circles either. I stopped my skincare routine for the last 2 ish months so that's another routine I need to reintroduce to my life again.
Yes, I did lose weight. I did so by eating a keto diet for about 6 months give or take. And here is what the past 10 ish years looked like:
As you can see, I didn't start out overweight. I was pretty petite in my early 20s but gained weight through the years until I decided that 2024 was my year to lose weight. So, once again, here is my starting and my current stats. The 318 days and metrics alike is for my ultimate goal of 120 pounds since around this time last year. That is the continued stats including my relapse:
I have a lot of work to do. Will keep this blog updated hopefully.
But hey, you know what?! I decided just now that I want to start fresh so I reset the stats to reflect that.
